ALTER DATABASE RECOVER MANAGED STANDBY DATABASE CANCEL;
SHUT IMMEDIATE;

StartUp:

STARTUP NOMOUNT
ALTER DATABASE MOUNT STANDBY DATABASE ;
ALTER DATABASE RECOVER MANAGED STANDBY DATABASE DISCONNECT FROM SESSION;

Prod:
ALTER SYSTEM SET log_archive_dest_state_2=ENABLE;
